After placing your order, please email us at petcraftpro@gmail.com. Include your pet's most beautiful photo in the email. If you've ordered a product requiring custom text, don't forget to specify the text you'd like personalized.

Don't worry, we'll also contact you via email.

Share precious photos of your furry friend with your order. We accept 98% of the photos, and we will contact you personally if additional photos are required!

Step 2

Within 1-2 working days of placing your order, the designer will design a unique gift based on the product you selected and your customized pictures and text. After that, we will contact you by email. If we do not receive your reply within 36 hours, we will assume that you agree to the design and ship it for you.（This period of time is the order processing time）

How long will the shipment take?

Generally, it takes 17~28 Business days for your order to arrive.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Shipping Time. All at Business Days.

Processing Time: 7~10 Business Days

Shipping Time: 10~20 Business Days

Occasionally, special circumstances may arise where we'll send you an email to inform you of a potential delay in your delivery. Since some of our products are handmade custom items, we never pressure our employees to work overtime. As a result, order processing times may occasionally be extended.
